I’m based in Sydney, having moved from the U.S. over 15 years ago—long enough that a bit of Aussie slang slips into my conversations. As a multidisciplinary designer specialising in Service Design, User Research, and UX, I work across all stages of the design process, from high-level strategy to detailed execution. I collaborate closely with business and cross-functional teams to reduce ambiguity and shape service experiences that balance user needs with organisational goals.

Over the past decade, my focus has shifted from UX toward Service Design and User Research, though I remain a hands-on designer. I often draw on my visual design skills—such as wireframing—to help teams and stakeholders envision and align on future-state experiences
